When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
By placing an order through the Dorpit app, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability or incorrect address information, additional charges may apply.
In no event shall Dorpit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
The images of food, dishes, and products displayed on our platform are for illustrative purposes only. Some images may be AI-generated or enhanced to represent the type of dish being offered. Therefore, the actual food or dish you receive may not look exactly identical to the photo shown on the app. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and representations, but variations in presentation, ingredients, and packaging may occur.
